PREVENTING SEXUAL HARASSMENT:
KEY ELEMENTS OF THE PROCESS |
[This is a sample
outline. All of our programs can be customized to suit your needs.]
Preventing sexual harassment is better than having to deal
with sexual harassment occurring. Creating an environment armed with the
knowledge of acceptable behavior but free from the paranoia of every statement
or behavior being misinterpreted is the goal. This requires that men and women
work together and support each other. When a collaborative and cooperative
spirit is engendered, then unity will prevail. Where there is unity, there is
greater productivity and creativity. Where there is disunity, or lack of
respect, there is excessive effort directed towards non work related issues-thus
creating a drain on the creative energy that could be directed toward
organizational goals. The purpose of this training, as with all our training,
is to build unity while maintaining our diversity.
