CREATING
EFFECTIVE TEAMS: KEY ELEMENTS OF THE PROCESS
|
[This is a sample
outline. All of our programs can be customized to suit your needs.]
Every work organization must operate
as a team to be effective. There are key elements that make teams work.
Among these elements are having a clear and shared vision of growth and
development, common goals, strategies and tactics. Also important is an
effective feedback mechanism and ongoing evaluation. The common thread
which runs through all of this is effective communication. How we send and
receive information is critical in maintaining the work team. This is no
small task. This workshop explores the essential elements of building and
maintaining a quality diverse team. The overall goal of this training, as with
all our training, is to build models of unity while maintaining our diversity.
