COURSE DESCRIPTION

Every work organization must operate as a team to be effective.  There are key elements that make teams work.  Among these elements are having a clear and shared vision of growth and development, common goals, strategies and tactics.  Also important is an effective feedback mechanism and ongoing evaluation.  The common thread which runs through all of this is effective communication.  How we send and receive information is critical in maintaining the work team.  This is no small task.  This workshop explores the essential elements of building and maintaining a quality diverse team. The overall goal of this training, as with all our training, is to build models of unity while maintaining our diversity.
